Justin D. Gingerich takes a comprehensive approach to assisting his clients in planning and executing strategic and financial transactions to meet their business goals. Methodical and detail-oriented, he works with start-ups and private companies, managing their life cycle from formation and structuring to fundraising and strategic exits.

Justin drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements to enable his clients to achieve their strategic and business objectives.
