
Josh Suttner is a litigation associate in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office, where his practice focuses on commercial disputes. Josh has experience working on a variety of matters including interlocutory injunctions, contractual disputes, debt enforcement, employment, intellectual property and judicial review applications of administrative decisions.
While at Western Law, Josh worked as a researcher for Professor Richard McLaren (author of the now-famous McLaren Report exposing doping during the Sochi Olympics), conducting research in the areas of secured lending, insolvency and alternative dispute resolution, as well as assisting with cases for which Prof. McLaren served as an arbitrator.
