Jordan Rauch is a dedicated attorney who focuses his practice on civil litigation matters.  He represents clients across the country in a wide variety of matters with an emphasis on general business disputes, procurement protests and bid disputes, product liability claims, trade secret and non-compete issues, and healthcare disputes.  He takes pride in finding creative solutions to his clients’ problems.  Jordan’s singular goal is always to obtain the result the client deserves as efficiently as possible.

Prominent Assignments

  • Helped defend manufacturing client from excess emission claims brought by hundreds of plaintiffs in multiple mass action lawsuits.  Obtained a consent judgment after trial court excluded or limited the testimony of plaintiffs’ expert witness, which was affirmed on appeal.
  • Successfully protested a multi-year, multi-million dollar service contract award based on a state agency’s decision to deviate from the evaluation procedures set forth in the request for proposal documents.  
  • Obtained a voluntary dismissal of all claims asserted against an oil and gas producer client after securing numerous critical admissions from the plaintiff during his deposition.
  • Secured dismissal of all breach of warranty and product liability claims asserted against a weatherproof barrier manufacturer shortly after third-party claims were asserted.
  • Prevented confidential and trade secret information included in competitive seal proposals submitted to various state and municipal entities from being disclosed in response to public records requests.
  • Helped obtain settlements in excess of $600,000 from a client’s former employee and his prospective new employer for breach of a non-competition and non-solicitation agreement.
