Jordan Hoffman focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. Jordan assists clients with entity formation, real estate acquisitions & dispositions, finance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, among other areas.
Prior to practicing law, Jordan worked in the financial services practice of an international accounting firm. Jordan’s background in financial services serves as an asset to firm clients seeking to maximize returns and minimize risks in complex transactions.
