Hilary A. Williams

Hilary Williams is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Las Vegas office. Her practice includes a wide range of intellectual property matters including evaluating potential trademarks for federal registration, enforcing clients’ intellectual property rights and pursuing litigation against unauthorized users. In addition, Hilary has successfully petitioned and litigated in will, trust and estate matters to appoint personal representatives, interpret wills and trusts, resolve will contests, and distribute assets to heirs and beneficiaries. 
Prior to joining the firm, Hilary oversaw and managed community activities for the City of Henderson and served as an extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Gloria Navarro of the United States District Court – District of Nevada.
