Daniel Burkhart is a transactional associate in the Detroit office of Dickinson Wright PLLC.  His practice focuses on debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and workouts and restructuring.  He has experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, including loan origination and workout agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and corporate governance documents. Prior to joining Dickinson Wright PLLC, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Plante Moran PLLC, where he focused on process improvement and business analysis for a variety of North American manufacturing and distribution companies.
