Christopher J. Ryan

Christopher Ryan is a civil litigator with a focus on the healthcare industry. For nearly a decade, Chris has represented businesses, physicians, hospitals, and insurance companies in a wide range of litigation matters and in all phases of litigation, up to and including trial.  He has assisted clients in matters of medical malpractice, licensing investigations, intellectual property, breach of contract, medical staff issues, employment, business/shareholder disputes, and non-compete agreements. 

Chris has experience representing businesses and individuals in high stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution outside of the healthcare industry as well. He is admitted and has practiced in courts throughout the State of Michigan (including the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court), and has appeared in several federal courts throughout the United States. He has served as an Oakland County Case Evaluator on the Medical Malpractice Panel and has briefed and argued numerous appeals.
