Brenda L. Roubidoux Taylor

Of Counsel
Brenda Taylor is an attorney specializing in aviation and tax, with both private practice and in-house experience.

As a result of her history working in-house, Brenda understands the client's business priorities when addressing their legal needs and works to provide practical advice.

She speaks the "aviation language" and has over a decade of comprehensive involvement in the airline industry across all areas of operations, including new and used aircraft acquisitions and dispositions, aircraft leasing, aviation hull and liability insurance, airline captive insurance subsidiaries, airport operating and leasing agreements, airport vendor services agreements, safety and flight operations, labor and employment issues, and tax and treasury functions.

Because of her private practice experience in tax planning and controversy, Brenda has the ability to recognize tax issues in a proposed business transaction and provide solutions. She has represented clients in the U.S. Tax Court, before the Internal Revenue Service, and before state and local tax authorities.
