Ashley R. Burt

Associate

Ashley Burt is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Phoenix office where she focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. She attended Boston College for her undergraduate degree where she double majored in Applied Psychology and Human Development and Communication. She then pursued her legal education at UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law where she was heavily involved with the Kid’s Court School and the Nevada Law Journal.

Before joining Dickinson Wright, Ashley interned at the Arizona Supreme Court working for Justice Clint Bolick. She then spent a semester in Boston where she worked for a non-profit litigation firm focused on economic and social equality initiatives. Additionally, she spent her third year of law school working as a law clerk at Dickinson Wright gaining experience in corporate matters and securities.
