Alexis A. Havenstein

Alexis Havenstein is an associate attorney in Dickinson Wright’s banking and financial services group, practicing out of the firm’s Detroit office. She focuses her practice on banking and corporate matters. She has experience advising clients in commercial finance transactions, including the review and drafting of financing documents for institutional lenders and businesses. 

Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Alexis was an associate with a Farmington Hills-based midsize law firm. She is a past board member of Free Legal Aid Clinic, Inc. and is a member of the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations.
