
Alex Holtshouser has experience in the entire life cycle of a patent, including drafting patentability opinions, drafting and prosecuting patent applications both in the U.S. and internationally, and drafting validity and infringement opinions on granted patents. His practice focuses on mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, including automotive, biomedical, and aviation technologies.
While attending law school, Alex obtained valuable experience in patent prosecution by working at two firms focused on patent prosecution and as a patent counsel intern at a Tier 1 automotive supplier.
