Adam J. Stefanick

Adam practices real estate and corporate transactional law, with a focus on representing developers, lenders, and other companies with large real estate portfolios on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and finance. Adam also has experience in a wide variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and employment-related and insolvency-related issues.

Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Adam served as the Legislative Director for the 44th District of the Michigan House of Representatives, where he worked on the state’s 2012 Capital Outlay Reform, 2014 Human Trafficking Reform, and 2013 and 2014 Michigan Department of Environmental Quality operating budgets.
