Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Fredric Bellamy has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a Member.
Mr. Bellamy focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, data privacy and cybersecurity law, and complex business litigation involving scientific, technological, and other highly technical disputes such as insurance coverage and bad faith cases. His experience provides clients with the confidence that comes with having a trusted advisor who provides practical and cost-effective legal risk management, while also having the experience to represent his clients effectively in the courtroom and through a trial, when necessary. He has served as lead counsel in many of the largest cases in Arizona, including in environmental and lender liability cases.
Mr. Bellamy previously was a long-serving member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Technology Council, and he currently serves as chairman of its Law & Technology Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa Bar Association Litigation Section and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Arizona State University Center for Law, Science & Innovation. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America and Southwest Super Lawyers. Mr. Bellamy received his B.A. from Harvard University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
