Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Nan B. Braley has joined the firm’s Austin office as a Member. Ms. Braley will continue to be based in Dallas where she has practiced law for over 37 years.
Ms. Braley focuses her practice on financing transactions, and represents financial institutions and other clients in connection with secured and unsecured loans, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, cash flow loans, syndicated credits, cross-border transactions, lender finance, and debt restructurings, among others. She works with clients on transactions involving a wide variety of industries and collateral, including heath care, technology, media, entertainment, transportation and trucking, insurance, and oil and gas services.
Ms. Braley is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and she is a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Secured Finance Network, Southwest Association of Bank Counsel, and The Women’s Finance Exchange. She is recognized as a leader in her field by Best Lawyers in America®, Chambers USA, and Texas Super Lawyers. Ms. Braley received her B.A. from Baylor University and her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.
