Join Dickinson Wright Attorney Kate Lowenhar-Fisher as she speaks at the Sports Lawyers Association (SLA) 42nd Annual Conference from May 12-14, 2016 at the JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles.
Ms. Lowenhar-Fisher will speak on the “Daily Fantasy Sports: Games of Chance or Games of Skills” panel on Thursday, May 12th. She will be joined on the panel by John S. Kiernan, Partner, Debevoise & Plimpton LLC and Ryan M. Rodenberg, Assistant Professor at Florida State University. The panel will be moderated by Craig E. Fenech, President of the Law Offices of Craig E. Fenech PC.
Ms. Lowenhar-Fisher is a Member in the firm’s Las Vegas office who counsels many of the world’s premier gaming companies on regulatory issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, reorganizations and financings. She has extensive experience advising clients on issues related to Internet gaming, social gaming, fantasy sports, liquor licensing, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions.
