In the Matter of Certain Pick-Up Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems and Components Thereof, 337-TA-1353 (2023) (stopped unlawful truck bed cover patent infringement activities of twenty-one different Chinese and domestic entities within six months of filing § 337 complaint before the ITC) (request for General Exclusion Order pending)

In the Matter of Certain Centrifuge Utility Platform and Falling Film Evaporator Systems and Components Thereof, 337-TA-1311 (2022) (stopped unlawful CCU and FFES patent infringement activities of fifteen foreign and domestic entities within seven months of filing § 337 complaint before the ITC)

In the Matter of Certain Pick-up Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems and Components Thereof, 337-TA-1143 (2019) (stopped unlawful infringement of five utility patents, one design patent, and two federal trademark registration by numerous foreign and domestic entities within eight months of filing complaint with ITC) (included motion for temporary exclusion order)

Supp.3d 274 (W.D.N.C. 2022/23) (obtained hotly disputed service over Chinese company defendant for U.S. client asserting patent infringement claims; case settled favorably following claim construction briefing)

Extang Corporation et al. v. Truck Accessories Group, Civil Action No. 19-923 (D. Del. 2022) (represented plaintiff accusing pick-up truck cargo box cover of infringing various patents; obtained favorable claim construction, Daubert and partial summary judgment rulings; case settled favorably on eve of trial)

Symbology v. Fresh Del Monte, Inc., Civil Action No. 2:2019-cv-05407 (S.D. Ohio 2020) (quickly resolved allegations of patent infringement)

Hybrid Audio, LLC v. Advanced Digital Broadcast SA et al. (D. Del.) (early dismissals of patent infringement claims accusing signal processing in set top boxes)

800 Adept v. ATT Mobility, 5:07-cv-00023 (E.D. Tex.) (after winning claim construction positions for ATT Mobility, obtained dismissal of patent infringement claims accusing cell tower routing of emergency 911 calls)

Naos v. Magnussen International 2:06-cv-00417(E.D. Va.) (pressing for summary judgment for client resulted in accused infringer exiting the market within four months of filing suit with fully paid up license for past infringement)

Industrial Part Depot v Federal Mogul Corp. 1:2016 cv. 01843 (D. Ohio) (successfully enforced Federal-Mogul’s proprietary friction-welded steel piston technology in declaratory judgment action)

Williams Strike First Inc. v. The Williams Brothers Corporation of America, (W.D. Va. 2023) (protected Canadian client’s U.S. federally registered “STRIKE FIRST” mark; full win with accused infringer stopping all use)

KingdomWorks Studios v. Kingdom Studios, No. 19-14238-CV-Martinez/Maynard, 2021 WL 6926419 (S.D. Fla. 2021) (complete trademark defense win – awarded summary judgment following discovery on behalf of defendant based on acquired license to prior registration)

Tarsus Connect, LLC v. Cvent, Inc., 452 F. Supp. 3d 1334 (N.D. Ga. 2020) (a complete defense win -- awarded summary judgment following discovery on behalf of defendant on all claims including a finding that the asserted “CONNECT” mark was generic)

Cvent, Inc. v. OVH US LLC et al. (E.D. Va.) (obtained ex parte temporary restraining order closing down fraudulent cryptocurrency initial coin offering within 24 hours of notice)

Secrets Resorts v. O.C. Seacrets. (D. Md.) (Won trial before a Baltimore jury, including damages and a special verdict of willful infringement and an award of punitive damages in presence of opinion of counsel defense)

Navajo Nation v. Urban Outfitters, Inc. et al. (D.N.M) (represented Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Anthropologie in trademark dispute involving use of the term “Navajo”)

Cotton Inc. v. Cotton Real Estate (D. Mass.) (put an end to unlawful trademark infringement of the famous Seal of Cotton)

Anheuser-Busch, Inc. v. John Labatt Ltd. (D. Mo.)  (won jury verdict finding that defendant Labatt lacked protectable rights in the term “ice beer”)
