Greg Guest is a corporate attorney with a practice focusing on private, middle-market mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and distressed transactions, supply-chain management and general corporate and commercial law. He has substantial experience with both financial and strategic transactions in the manufacturing, industrial, distribution, transportation & logistics, services, hospitality and technology sectors.
