He represents developers of new residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use condominiums and planned communities on matters relating to the creation of a governance structure, the preparation of the project documents and the marketing and sale of the individual lots or condominium units. He also has extensive experience in the conversion of various types of property to a condominium.
