Deborah A. Muzzin

Deborah Muzzin is a paralegal in Dickinson Wright's Troy office. Deb has extensive experience in handling both real estate and litigation matters. Deb’s experience includes handling all aspects of due diligence and documentation in connection with commercial real estate workouts and foreclosures, including both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. As a part of this process she prepares court pleadings for receiver appointments and guaranty lawsuits, as well as forbearance, deed-in-lieu, loan modification and note sale agreements. She regularly handles complex title issues including drafting title and lien documents and performing both title and survey reviews. Deb also handles general litigation, real estate litigation and collection matters, including the drafting of pleadings, all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and the management of discovery documents using records management software such as Relativity.

Deb is also a Member of the Riverview Board of Review and the Riverview Economic Development Corporation and Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
