Catalina Spanu has been a securities law clerk since 2010. Catalina assists lawyers and clients with securities-related matters including: public offerings, listing applications, private placements and other exempt offerings, preparation and filing of documentation related to ongoing continuous disclosure obligations, e-filings with the Ontario Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission along with other related regulatory filings, registration-related filings, preparation and filing of shareholder meeting materials, early warning reports and insider trading reports, and preparation and filing of the required documentation with various stock exchanges. Catalina also provides assistance with corporate-related matters including: incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, simple and complex reorganizations, and due diligence review of corporate records. She assists with the preparation of corporate documentation relating to various transactions for both private and public corporations.
