Dickinson Wright PLLC Adds Two New Attorneys

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Neil B. Krugman and Mary Neil Price have joined the firm as members in the Nashville, Tennessee office. Both attorneys come to Dickinson Wright from prominent Nashville law firms � Mr. Krugman was a partner in the law firm of Waller Lansden and Ms. Price was a member of the law firm Miller & Martin PLLC. Mr. Krugman specializes in health care and insurance regulatory law. Ms. Price specializes in banking law and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Krugman counsels all types of health care companies, including those in the hospital, managed care, practice management, pharmacy, retail medicine, diagnostic imaging and dental fields, on licensing and compliance issues, state and federal fraud and abuse, anti-kickback and self-referral issues, corporate practice issues, and transactional and contractual issues. In the insurance sector, he assists insurance companies, HMOs, Medicaid and Medicare plans, utilization review companies, and insurance agencies and producers with business transactions and regulatory and compliance issues.

Mr. Krugman received his B.A. from Yale University, and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An author and lecturer, he is a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations, and the National Health Lawyers Association. Before joining Dickinson Wright, Mr. Krugman was a partner in the law firm of Waller Lansden.

In addition to her banking law and mergers and acquisitions practice, Ms. Price also has wide experience in woman-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises, both through her practice and her work with the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Ms. Price received her B.A. from Newcomb College of Tulane University, and her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. An author and lecturer, she serves on the boards of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Community Capital (a community development financial institution headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee) and the Nashville chapter of NAWBO. She is active in the American Bar Association Banking Law Committee, as well as the Tennessee Bankers Association, among organizations. She is listed in Best Lawyers in America for banking law and has been honored as a member of the Nashville Bar Journal�s �Best of the Bar." She is an active supporter of the Center for Nonprofit Management, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and Habitat for Humanity.

Ms. Price led the Financial Institutions Group at Miller & Martin PLLC. Prior to that she was General Counsel of First American Corporation, a NYSE bank holding company.
