Three Dickinson Wright Members Recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Thomas Donnell, Jr., M. Reid Estes, Jr., and Philip Kirkpatrick have been selected to the 2011 Mid-South Super Lawyers list.

Thomas Donnell, Jr. - A member of the firm’s Nashville office, Mr. Donnell was recognized for his work in the Class Action/Mass Torts practice area. This is Mr. Donnell’s second selection to the Mid-South Super Lawyers list. He has also been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America and elected to the International Who’s Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers in 2011. Mr. Donnell has a B.S. from Auburn University and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

M. Reid Estes, Jr. - A member of the firm’s Nashville office, Mr. Estes was recognized for his work in the Employment & Labor practice area. He is perennially recognized by the Mid-South Super Lawyer and was named one of the 100 Best Lawyers in Nashville by the Nashville Post, where the publication described him as a nationally recognized expert in wage and hour class-action litigation. Mr. Estes has a B.S. (cum laude) from Belmont College and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Philip Kirkpatrick - A member of the firm’s Nashville office, Mr. Kirkpatrick was recognized for his work in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice area. He has been selected to the Mid-South Super Lawyers list since 2007 and has been named one of the best lawyers in Tennessee by Business Tennessee Magazine. For the past 10 years, Mr. Kirkpatrick has also been listed in Best Lawyers in America; in 2012 he was recognized for his work in Entertainment Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Kirkpatrick has a B.S. (with honors) from the University of Tennessee and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

The Mid-South Super Lawyers list is based on a state-wide nomination process, review of resumes and peer evaluation by practice areas. Only five percent of the attorneys in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi are chosen each year.
