Robert W. Stocker II Moderates Key Panel Discussion on Gaming Regulation

"LANSING, MICHIGAN, Dickinson Wright PLLC attorney Robert W. Stocker II will moderate a panel discussion at the upcoming National Institute on Gaming Enforcement Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The panel will feature three individuals who are executive members of gaming control boards and commissions in the states of California, Illinois, and Mississippi. Mr. Stocker, as moderator, will focus on emerging trends and developments in Michigan. The seminar, presented by the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section and the Center for Continuing Legal Education, is designed for newcomers and experienced gaming law counsel and compliance professionals facing the constant changes in enforcement and regulation. Attendees will gain practical, current information on legal developments in gaming law and a broader understanding of the context in which gaming law and enforcement issues develop. Mr. Stocker, a Member in Dickinson Wright's Lansing office, is the co-author of The Michigan Gaming Law Legal Resource Book, teaches a course on gaming law at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and is a regular speaker and panelist at professional conferences. He is a member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and a founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law.
