Dickinson Wright Family Law Attorneys Robert Schwartz and Marlene Pontrelli were featured on Fox 10 Phoenix’s Newsmakers Sunday with John Hook on May 24, 2015.

Mr. Schwartz and Ms. Pontrelli were on the show to discuss their latest book, Divorce in Arizona – The Legal Process, Your Rights, and What to Expect (Addicus Books, 2015). Their book offers a comprehensive, yet easy to read, explanation to the many issues and questions that arise in divorce. It gives the reader a roadmap to follow in getting answers to their key questions as well as answers to questions that they may not have even thought to ask.

Robert L. Schwartz is a Member of Dickinson Wright’s Phoenix office and has been practicing law in Arizona for more than 40 years. He is a family law specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona, a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and past president of the Arizona Chapter. He has tried numerous family law cases involving the most complex and difficult of issues. Mr. Schwartz has handled many appeals, which have in some cases, established family law within the State of Arizona or modified existing family law within the State. Mr. Schwartz is the head of the family law practice group at Dickinson Wright, which has the largest family law practice group within the state of Arizona.

Marlene A. Pontrelli, Esq. is a Member of Dickinson Wright’s Phoenix office and is a certified specialist in family law. Her practice focuses on all aspects of family law including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, post-dissolution modifications, paternity, and children’s issues. She has been in practice for over 30 years. She is a member of the State Bar’s Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee and is a judge pro tem for the Superior Court of Maricopa County in family law. Ms. Pontrelli is an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University Law School, where she teaches a class on family law.
