Peter Webster Named To State Bar of Michigan Standing Committee on Civil Procedures and Courts

Detroit, MI (October 19, 2006) - The State Bar of Michigan has re-appointed Dickinson Wright PLLC Attorney Peter Webster to the Standing Committee on Civil Procedure and Courts. Webster practices real estate, condemnation, product liability and commercial and business litigation out of the Firm’s Bloomfield Hills office. The State Bar committee deals with court rules and statures related to civil practice in the courts and with the administration, organization and operation of the trial courts. In addition to his State Bar activities, Webster serves on the Oakland County Business Round Table and is a former Oakland County Commissioner, City of Royal Oak City Commissioner and City of Royal Oak Mayor Pro Tem. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Boys & Girls Club of South Oakland County and is vice chairperson of the Oakland County Brownfield Development Authority. Webster received a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering systems from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a J.D. from Wayne State University School of Law. He is a resident of Beverly Hills, Mich.
