DETROIT, Mich. (January 3, 2006) – The law firm of Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce and congratulate its eight newly elected Members of the Firm. Michelle L. Alamo practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, construction and banking in the Firm's Detroit office. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and of the Michigan and Detroit Metropolitan Bar Associations. Michelle received her B.S.E.E. from Kettering University and her J.D. (summa cum laude) from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Kimberly J. Bull practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation and insurance in the Firm's Bloomfield Hills office. She is a Member of the Defense Research Institute and the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations. Kim received her A.B. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Benjamin J. Dolan practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation and real estate in the Firm's Bloomfield Hills office. He is a Member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Association for Corporate Growth, where he serves on the sponsorship/membership committee. He is also a Regional Director for the Barbara A. Karmanos Cancer Institute. Ben received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. Christopher C. Maeso practices in the areas of corporate and securities in the Firm's Bloomfield Hills office. He is a Member of both the Michigan and Illinois Bar and is a Member of the American Bar Association. He is active with the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Technology Law and Training Advisory Board. Chris received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Michigan. Kristine M. Moore practices in the area of labor and employment relations in the Firm's Lansing office. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Mid-Michigan Chapter; the Michigan Bar Association, Labor & Employment Section; the Ingham County Bar Association, Labor & Employment Section, and the Womens Economic Club, Lansing Chapter. Kristine received her B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. (cum laude) from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Dawn Faxon Singer practices in the areas of banking and financial services, real estate, corporate and municipal finance in the Firm's Bloomfield Hills office. She is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. Dawn received her B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. and J.D. from Wayne State University. Rebecca L. Takacs practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation and environmental in the Firm's Detroit offices. She is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan (Environmental Law Section); Federal Bar Association; and American Inns of Court. She is Chair of Board of Governors, University of Michigan Dearborn Alumni Society, Member-at-Large, Board of Governors, U of M Club of Greater Detroit and a Moot Court Board of Directors Member.
