Dickinson Wright Expands Ann Arbor Office

ANN ARBOR/DETROIT, Mich. (January 9, 2004)— The principals of Farmington Hills based Raymond, Enwright & Ulrich, P.C. have joined the Ann Arbor office of Dickinson Wright PLLC. Michael T. Raymond joins the Firm as a Member and is accompanied by his two colleagues, Steven J. Enwright and Dana L. Ulrich, who join as Of Counsel.
The new attorneys' focus on corporate and securities law and business transactions continues the expansion of the Dickinson Wright office as a full-service provider to the Ann Arbor business community.
Michael T. Raymond has practiced in the areas of business planning, corporate finance, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law since 1983. In early 1997, he established the boutique law firm, Raymond, Enwright & Ulrich, P.C., where he was involved in general corporate work and a substantial number of business transactions. Mr. Raymond received his B.A. and M.S.A. in accountancy from DePaul University in Chicago. While working full-time in the private sector, Mr. Raymond earned his J.D. from John Marshall School of Law in Chicago. In 1990, he added an L.L.M. in securities regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.
Steven J. Enwright’s practice emphasis is in corporate and securities transactions and general corporate matters. He represents start-up, emerging and established companies in private equity, debt and venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate partnerships and other strategic alliances, technology licensing and general corporate counseling. Mr. Enwright earned a B. A. from Michigan State University, an M.B.A. from Wayne State University School of Business and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
Dana L. Ulrich counsels clients on securities and corporate transactional matters as well as business start-ups, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, corporate governance, and antitrust compliance matters. Ms. Ulrich earned her B.A. (with distinction) in economics from the University of Michigan and obtained her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Michigan State University—Detroit College of Law, with a concentration in taxation.
