Maurice G. Jenkins Appointed to ABA Sarbanes-Oxley Task Force

"DETROIT, MICHIGAN, Dickinson Wright attorney Maurice G. Jenkins has been appointed to the American Bar Association's Task Force on Section 307 of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Mr. Jenkins also participated in a panel discussion on August 12 during the American Bar Association's 2003 Annual Meeting, regarding the ethical implications for lawyers under the whistleblower provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Mr. Jenkins practices labor and employment law as a Member in Dickinson Wright's Detroit office, focusing on traditional labor law and employment discrimination litigation matters.
