Intellectual Property Lawyer John D. Titus Joins Dickinson Wright PLLC

Dickinson Wright PLLC welcomes attorney John D. Titus to the firm. Mr. Titus will lead the Intellectual Property practice group of the firm's Phoenix office. Mr. Titus's practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation in the mechanical and aerospace arts as well as trademark prosecution, litigation and opposition proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Mr. Titus comes to Dickinson Wright from the Cavanagh Law Firm. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent matters. A frequent lecturer, Mr. Titus received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, and his J.D. magna cum laude from Arizona State University School of Law, where was an editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and a writing instructor.
