Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) J. Wagman, Jr. has joined the firm as a member in the Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Wagman is part of the firm's expansion of its capabilities in the Washington, D.C. office to better support client needs. Mr. Wagman has represented companies doing business with the government, specializing in government contracts litigation and counseling. His practice includes representing clients in grand jury investigations and parallel civil/criminal investigations; defending clients in civil fraud investigations and qui tam cases; conducting internal investigations related to alleged government contracting irregularities; advising government contract clients on compliance and pre-dispute matters; litigating contract claims and disputes; representing clients in suspension and debarment proceedings; litigating bid protests before agencies, GAO and U.S. Court of Federal Claims; and advises clients in corporate transactions involving government contractors, including CFIUS and facility clearance issues. Mr. Wagman received his B.S. in consumer economics from the University of Maryland, and his J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law. Before joining Dickinson Wright, Mr. Wagman was a special counsel in the law firm of Baker Botts L.L.P.
