Dickinson Wright Adds Three Attorneys to Oakland County Office

DETROIT, Mich.—The law firm of Dickinson Wright today announced that Michael R. Kramer and Laurence E. Winokur have joined the Firm as Members, each previously senior partners of the law firm of Miro, Weiner & Kramer. In their move to Dickinson Wright's Bloomfield Hills office, they are accompanied by Christopher C. Maeso who joins the Firm as Of Counsel. "These attorneys are a tremendous addition to our Oakland County office and to our finance, real estate and corporate practices," said James A. Samborn, Chief Executive Officer of Dickinson Wright. Michael R. Kramer brings a wealth of experience to Dickinson Wright's corporate, banking and real estate practice areas. Prior to his nine years with Miro, Weiner & Kramer, he was the Managing Partner of his own law firm. He practices in the areas of investment banking, mezzanine lending and venture capital and represents many of the area's largest financial institutions, as well as several national real estate investors with substantial leasing interest in Maui, Houston and Las Vegas. Michael also represents a number of closely held companies, entrepreneurs, and developers. He has previously been appointed to serve as Director and Board Member for the Resolution Trust Corporation by the President of the United States, and the State of Michigan Export Development Corporation by the Governor of the State of Michigan. Michael has also served as Director of the Jewish Association of Retarded Children; is Past President of Franklin Hills Country Club, and is a Member of the Attorney Disciplinary Board for the State of Michigan, appointed by the Supreme Court of Michigan. Laurence E. Winokur is highly regarded in the real estate business and legal communities and is a strong addition to Dickinson Wright's real estate practice. He represents individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, and other entities in all types of real estate transactions including those involving office buildings, industrial facilities, apartment buildings, residential subdivisions, and shopping centers located in Michigan, California, Arizona, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Minnesota, Florida, New Mexico, Texas and Georgia. Larry is a frequent lecturer at real estate seminars throughout the nation. Christopher C. Maeso joins the Firm's corporate and securities practice. He is admitted to practice in both Michigan and Illinois.
