Dickinson Wright Attorneys Bruce Thelen & Daniel Ujczo Spoke at the Discover Global Markets-Free Trade Agreements Conference

Recently, Dickinson Wright Attorneys Bruce Thelen and Daniel Ujczo had the opportunity to address participants at the U.S. Commercial Service’s “Discover Global Markets Business Forum Series 2014: Free Trade Agreements” in Detroit, Mich.

Mr. Thelen and Mr. Ujczo were on a panel titled “Traveling to Canada for Work: The Rules and Regulations”. They were joined by Tamara Allard, District Director for Ambassador Bridge Operations for the Canada Border Services Agency and Mark Lukaniuk, Chief of Operations Immigration Program for the Ambassador Bridge. The panel discussed cross-border movements of goods and business immigration issues.

“The Discover Global Markets: Free Trade Agreements” assisted participants in identifying and gaining access to emerging markets and opportunities; obtaining the tools necessary to succeed in foreign markets; and leveraging government contacts and resources to compete successfully.
