Dickinson Wright PLLC Names Eight New Members

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce the election of eight new member attorneys to the firm, effective January 1, 2012.

Allison Bach is an attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office. Ms. Bach’s practice includes advising and representing secured lenders and other creditors in out-of-court workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and enforcement litigation. Ms. Bach is a 2010-2011 Super Lawyer’s Rising Star. She is a board member for Women Lawyer’s Association of Michigan – Wayne Region and currently serves as the immediate past president. Additionally, Ms. Bach is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Turnaround Management Association. Ms. Bach holds a B.A. (with Distinction) from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Urban Affairs from Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Urban Affairs and a J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Wayne State University Law School.

Autumn Gentry is an attorney in the firm’s Nashville office. Her areas of focus include business torts; consumer protection; insurance; labor and employment; product liability and personal injury; and workers compensation. Ms. Gentry is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, Nashville Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association. She also is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy. Ms. Gentry is active in her community as part of the Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and the Nashville Bar Association Pro Bono program. She has a B.A. (With Honors) from Middle Tennessee State University and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Adam Grant is an attorney in the firm’s Detroit office. He focuses his practice in the areas of tax litigation, estate and probate litigation, and commercial and business litigation. Mr. Grant is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Bar of the State of Illinois. Mr. Grant received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as Contributing Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. Mr. Grant currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Holocaust Memorial Center.

Patrick Green is an attorney in the firm’s Detroit office. He specializes in business torts litigation, insurance and ERISA litigation, healthcare, and automotive litigation. Mr. Green was selected by Michigan Super Lawyers as a Rising Star 2009 in Business Litigation Law. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Green has a B.A. from Michigan State University, James Madison College and a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was a member of the Frank Murphy Honor Society and Associate Editor of the Law Review.

Adam Knight is an attorney in the firm’s Nashville office. His area of practice focuses on construction; commercial and business litigation; product liability and personal injury; insurance; and workers compensation. Mr. Knight is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association. He is also a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy and the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Program. Mr. Knight has a B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University and a J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Joan Cripe Skrzyniarz is an attorney in the firm’s Troy office. She focuses her area of practice in estate planning, estate administration, and taxation. Ms. Skrzyniarz is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan, Probate and Estate Planning, Taxation and Litigation sections. She serves on the board of the Library of Michigan Foundation and on the board of St. Malachy Church in Sterling Heights, Mich. Ms. Skrzyniarz has a B.S. from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Wayne State University.

Wendy Underwood is an attorney in the firm’s Troy office. She specializes in municipal law and finance; schools and education; corporate; and banking and financial services. Ms. Underwood is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the State Bar of Michigan. She also serves as a Trustee for the Troy Board of Education. Ms. Underwood has a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Bradley Wyatt is an attorney in the firm’s Ann Arbor office. He focuses his practice on corporate, public and private securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. Mr. Wyatt is admitted to practice law in Michigan and Texas. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar Securities Committee and Michigan Venture Capital Association. He was named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2011. Mr. Wyatt has a B.A. (cum laude) from Brigham Young University and J.D. (Order of the Coif) from William and Mary School of Law.
