Dickinson Wright Attorney To Address Personal Property Tax Credits at Wayne State University Law School Symposium

Mr. Robert F. Rhoades, a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC, will participate in a panel discussion about the new Michigan Business Tax (MBT) on Tuesday, March 4, 2008. The panel discussion is part of a seminar presented by Wayne State University Law School and its Law Review. Mr. Rhoades is a state and local taxation attorney. He was invited to author an article concerning the new tax, which will be published in a forthcoming edition of the Wayne State University Law Review. As a part of the panel discussion, Mr. Rhoades will address the new personal property tax credits for industrial and commercial property during Part II of the panel, entitled 'Incentivizing Doing Business in Michigan.'
