Dickinson Wright's China Team Helps Coordinate the Detroit Chamber's 2013 China Trade Mission

October 3, 2013
Dickinson Wright’s China Team is always looking to connect companies with business associations to help facilitate trade and commerce. Recently, the Dickinson Wright China team assisted the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Business Attraction with a 20-day trade mission to China.

Attorneys Mark Heusel, Peter Pang and Dickinson Wright’s Director of China Business Development Lianne Yan helped to arrange speaking opportunities and one-on-one company calls for the Detroit Chamber in Ningbo and Dalian. The trip also featured a presentation focused on a theme continually voiced by the Chinese government and businesses – the realities of doing business in the U.S. and within the North American automotive market. In total, the team spoke to more than 80 businesses as part of two separate speaking engagements and met with numerous companies one-on-one.
