GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN - Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that David A. Malson, Jr., formerly a shareholder with Dunn, Malson & Kozera, P.C., has joined the firm. "David Malson represents another significant addition to our Grand Rapids practice," said James A. Samborn, Dickinson Wright CEO. "He proved his skill working with closely held companies and other clients at his own firm, and it is a great development for us to bring him to Dickinson Wright." Malson specializes in representing closely held businesses (particularly physician practices) in corporate, transactional, business, and estate planning matters.
