Noncompetition agreements are alive and well in Michigan, though they continue to present challenges and hazards for the inexperienced. Mr. Quick and the other speakers discuss what works, what is likely to produce litigation, and how to assess whether your client will really benefit from this type of protection. Participants will learn the following:

• Assess and enforce (or attack) the various types of agreements
• Plan your client’s best approach in today’s job market
• Decide if and when to litigate
• Advise your clients about hiring the competition

Mr. Quick is joined on the Webcast by Attorney Bernard J. Fuhs of Butzel Long and Attorney Richard A. Gaffin of Koernke & Crampton PC. Participants can receive one CLE credit for watching the Webcast.
