Ms. Swick is a Partner in the firm’s Toronto office. Her expertise encompasses customs, export and import controls, economic sanctions, blocking measures (Cuba), defence trade controls, anti-dumping and countervailing investigations and anti-corruption compliance. Ms. Swick is well known in government circles and brings to clients years of experience in dealing effectively with governments and administrative agencies.

Ms. Swick has the distinction of being one of the expert trade arbitrators appointed by the Government of Canada under Chapter 19 of the NAFTA. She is a recognized leader for her international trade and customs practice work in Who’s Who Legal: Trade & Customs 2015 and in International Trade Regulation in the 2015 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
