Dickinson Wright Attorney Leads Roundtable on Development Tax Incentives

Dickinson Wright PLLC attorney Sharon R. Newlon recently led a roundtable discussion focusing on development tax incentives, especially in Brownfields, TIF and renaissance zones. The roundtable was sponsored by Urban Land Institute (ULI) Detroit and was held April 1, 2008 in Dickinson Wright's Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office. Newlon, a member in the Firm's Detroit office, focuses her practice in environmental law. She has represented clients on environmental matters, including environmental cleanup and self-auditing, Brownfield redevelopment projects, environmental compliance, spill response matters, cost recover allocations and environmental matters in numerous real estate and loan transactions.
