Dickinson Wright Member James B. Perry will speak at the 2007 Southeast Employment Law Symposium November 15-16, in Atlanta, Georgia. His presentation will address employment issues including legislation, regulations, and case law that can impact organizations and their human resource processes. The Symposium in sponsored by the Council on Education in Management, which has been a leader in human resource, employment law and workers? comp training for more than 30 years. He has more than 29 years of experience practicing in the areas of labor and employment law, labor contract negotiation and administration, and employment litigation defense. Perry has successfully negotiated labor contracts with all major unions for a wide variety of employers and is a frequent lecturer and author on employment law issues. A member of the State Bar of Michigan, he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. degree from the Emory University School of Law.
