Attorney Ralph Levy Quoted in USA Today Article on Estate Planning

April 8, 2015
In “Big retirement mistake: Boomers with no estate plans” (USA Today, 4/8/15), Dickinson Wright Attorney Ralph Levy is quoted along with several other estate planning attorneys about the five important things to remember when you prepare your estate plan.

Mr. Levy says that there are three important considerations when it comes to your estate plan: your property and financial assets; your children; and medical decisions. “Just because you are doing good retirement planning doesn’t mean you are doing good estate planning, unless you address all three areas,” he says.

Mr. Levy is Of Counsel in Dickinson Wright’s Nashville practice. He has assisted executors in successful administration of estates; represented clients in probate-related litigation as to breach of fiduciary duty, actions to construe wills and trusts and the pursuit of spousal rights against estates.
