Dickinson Wright attorney Frank T. Mamat was recently named to a list of Top 100 Labor Attorneys in the U.S. for 2007, as compiled by Labor Relations Institute, Inc. Inclusion is based on selection from more than 8,600 attorneys evaluated by the Institute. The honor, which puts Mamat in the top one percent of labor attorneys in the U.S., is determined by the number of National Labor Relations Board-monitored elections in which each attorney provided representation and the success of those election outcomes. Mamat is a Member in Dickinson Wright's Detroit office. His areas of practice emphasis include construction law, labor and employment relations and corporate governance. He is experienced in federal and state OSHA regulations, union contract negotiations and organizing attempts, and unfair labor practice litigation. He served in the Executive Office of the President of the United States, Inquiries/Comments, and as Senior Counsel in the National Labor Relations Board, General Counsel's Office, Division of Enforcement Litigation, Washington, D.C. Mamat was recently elected Chairperson, Associated General Contractors Labor and Employment Law Council and named to the Board of Directors of the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association (MITA).
