Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Anjali D. Webster has been named chair of the State Bar of Nevada’s Appellate Litigation Section. She was chair-elect of the appellate litigation section in 2017, and before that served as treasurer in 2015.
Webster is an attorney in the firm’s litigation department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation and appeals. Webster previously served as a judicial clerk to Justice James Hardesty at the Nevada Supreme Court, drafting opinions and orders, writing bench memoranda, and reviewing appellate briefs in civil and criminal cases.
The State Bar of Nevada’s Appellate Section is focused on enhancing the role and skills of lawyers engaged in the practice of appellate litigation. They provide for the study, collection, development and dissemination of materials on subjects of interest to appellate litigation practitioners.
