The Authors of the 2016 edition of the Construction Law Practice Manual will discuss key updates addressed in the new edition. Many new chapters have been added to this manual making it the most valuable and only comprehensive resource for Arizona lawyers and the construction industry. Mr. Holcomb, a Member in the firm’s Phoenix office, will present on Spoliation and Electronic Evidence.
