MBA National Mortgage Servicing Conference & Expo 2015

Join Dickinson Wright Attorney Ari Charlip for a Servicing Supersession as part of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s National Mortgage Servicing Conference & Expo 2015 on Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Mr. Charlip will focus on topics including loan modifications (trends in federal litigation), TCPA class actions (recent court decisions & class defenses), Michigan property tax foreclosures (is it a crisis?), and Michigan’s requirements for property inspections during redemption periods.

Mr. Charlip is a Member in the firm’s Troy office where he focuses his practice on financial services litigation, real estate & bank litigation, and class action. He focuses on representing large financial institutions, mortgage servicers, title insurance underwriters, large corporations, real estate related entities and petroleum suppliers in all aspects of litigation in Michigan, both in state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in dealing with financial institutions and real estate related entities, including assisting clients in complicated foreclosure matters, lien priority disputes, and defending financial institutions in TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA claims.
