Fair or Foul Play: Contemporary Issues in Sports Wagering and Electronic Gambling

Join Dickinson Wright Attorney Kate Lowenhar-Fisher for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review Symposium “Fair or Foul Play: Contemporary Issues in Sports Wagering and Electronic Gambling” on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.

This annual symposium will focus on the current issues and controversies surrounding electronic gambling and sports wagering, with a particular focus on the legal quandary that daily fantasy sports games present in interpreting state and federal statutes regulating gambling activities, with an eye towards contemplating the legal necessities and best practices of other nations with national legalization and regulation of electronic gaming to establish a well-regulated electronic gaming industry.

Ms. Lowenhar-Fisher will be one of the panelists at this event. She is a Member of the firm’s gaming practice and is based in the firm’s Las Vegas office.
