Represented Tennessee counties in Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation involving unsuccessful attempts by plaintiffs to obtain class action status in lawsuit alleging that courthouses did not comply with ADA. Lane v. State of Tennessee, et al.

Represent various insurance companies in variety of matters, including coverage disputes and representation of their insureds in various civil litigation matters, including accidents and construction disputes.

Successfully represented food manufacturer in products liability action by entertainer/writer seeking millions of dollars in economic losses following ingestion of an allegedly defective food product. Case resulted in jury verdict for the Defendant.
