Represented the exclusive merchandising agent for rap artist Chris Brown to obtain nationwide tour injunction against unauthorized use of his name and likeness on bootleg merchandise.

Represented Universal Music Group's merchandising company, who is the exclusive merchandising agent for artist Justin Bieber to obtain a nationwide injunction and seizure order to protect his name and likeness prohibiting bootleg merchandise from being sold at all venues in his XBOX360 nationwide tour.

Represented artists and songwriters in artist/songwriter v. manager litigation.

Represented clients in numerous non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret cases.

Represented large brake manufacturer for false designation and trademark infringement to judgment which was the first appellate reported case in state court in Tennessee granting money judgment under the Lanham Act.

Represented Black & Decker to defense verdict in product liability case alleging "kickback" of portable circular saw.

Represented leading small appliance, natural gas meter, and natural gas distributor defendants in numerous multi-million dollar bodily injury fire loss cases.
