Successfully defended CEO of public company against claimed violations of the Securities Exchange Act and related Federal regulations brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Counseled and represented minority members in prosecuting minority member oppression claims under Michigan Limited Liability Company Act.

Defended minority member's rights and interests in dispute arising from dissolution of Michigan LLC and winding up of company affairs.
