Dickinson Wright PLLC attorney Richard M. Bolton will serve as a panelist at the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Fourth Annual M&A Conference on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. The panel is entitled "Finding Value at (or Near) the Bottom of the Cycle."

Mr. Bolton is a member in the firm's Detroit office and has extensive experience in private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, media and communications, corporate governance, securities and international law.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He is recognized in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers, and was named 'Crain's Detroit Business' Dealmaker of the Year - Advisor' for 2010.
